How To Use Your Snohw™?

Step 1. Your Snohw™ is brand new and may have an odor because of packaging, please wash it thoroughly with white vinegar before first use.

Important

Please activate DuPont membrane before use:
Fill the glass with 5/6 of drinking water, start the hydrogen production twice in 10 minutes mode (equivalent to hydrogen production for 20 minutes), then do not open the lid, put it for 8~10 hours, then the DuPont N117 membrane will be activated successfully.
(It is better to activate DuPont membranes with a 350ml mineral water bottle.)

Step 2. Add drinking water, first charge mineral water. DO NOT SUBMERGE YOUR Snohw™ IN WATER AS IT WILL PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE CIRCUIT BOARD AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY. THERE IS A WATER DETECTOR PAD INSIDE. YOUR Snohw™ IS NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. THE OUTSIDE CAN WIPED WITH A DAMP CLOTH. YOUR Snohw™ IS DESIGNED FOR CLEAN WATER ONLY.

Step 3. There are 2 cycles you can choose. The first cycle takes 5 minutes. Just press once, the leds will light up and after 5 minutes a high amount (1500ppb) of hydrogen water will be generated and the system will shut down automatically. The second cycle(press the button once more and another 5 minutes) makes an incredibly high amount(3000ppb) of H2 hydrogen water. DO NOT RUN FOR MORE THAN 2 CYCLES WITHIN 2 HOURS OR IT WILL DAMAGE
THE IONIZER.

VERY IMPORTANT Please note:

1. If you notice any cracks in the Snohw™ during the first use, please contact us. If there is no problem, please charge the Snohw™ for 3 hours. Please disconnect the charger after the product is fully charged.

2. FOR CLEAN WATER ONLY! Do not use juice or drinks in your Snohw™ as it will permanently damage the ionizer and void any warranty. Clean water only!

3. The water temperature should be below 135degrees Fahrenheit(57 Degrees Celsius)

4. Please charge when empty, and do not use it when charging.

5. When using for the first time, some water may remain close to the bottle. This is residual water for factory inspection and does not cause health problems. The filter elements cannot dry out as it will permanently damage the filters and void any warranty. Simply pour it out and rinse the Snohw™ with white vinegar.

6. If the water quality is too hard, causes deposits and affects hydrogen generation, please wash it with white vinegar. If you are unsure if your tap water is hard, purchase a tester or use distilled water.

Warranty: Rest assured that Snohw™ offers a 2 months limited warranty. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component, we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle.
